Ordering Information
Order on line, by phone or fax. Your orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 1-5 working days. All orders will be treated with attention to speed and accuracy. If you have special needs or if you need to request a rush shipment, please call us. In addition, indicate a RUSH on the order page. We normally ship all orders via UPS ground. Next day or two day UPS and Fed Ex overnight are available at an extra charge. Upon notifying you of any extra shipping charges, we will bill your credit card for the service.

Order Processing
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible, and will process all orders in the order that they are received. Orders place before 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Returns
All returns require an RA (return authorization) number. Call or email our office for a number, which you can fill in on the "Returns" section of your invoice. Attach the "Return" label to your package as the return shipping label.
